Subscription Policy

1. How Subscriptions Work
The Set Studio offers recurring monthly subscriptions for custom press-on nail sets. Customers select a subscription tier that determines how many sets are included in each monthly billing period.

Your selected subscription tier, price, and included sets will be displayed before checkout.

2. Recurring Payments
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the price and frequency disclosed during checkout until you cancel.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other disclosed fees may apply.

3. Custom Design Requests
Subscribers must submit their inspiration photos and design preferences through our designated custom request form.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information, nail shape preferences, length preferences, and other requested details.

All designs are subject to review and feasibility. The Set Studio may contact subscribers to clarify a request or discuss reasonable adjustments before production.

Each subscription includes the number of custom sets stated in the selected tier. Additional sets or work outside the included scope may require separate approval and payment before production.

4. Design Complexity
Custom designs vary in the time, materials, and techniques required. Subscription benefits apply to designs within the scope of the selected tier as described on our website.

If a request cannot reasonably be completed within the included scope, we will discuss available alternatives with the customer before proceeding.

5. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal charge. Customers are responsible for reviewing their billing dates and keeping their payment information current.

If a payment fails, order production or shipment may be delayed until the payment issue is resolved.

6. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscriptions through the available account or subscription-management process, or by contacting us at thesetstudio@gmail.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Any already-paid order or current billing period will be handled according to the refund policy and applicable law.

7. Shipping and Fulfillment
Custom sets are prepared after the required design information has been received and reviewed. Processing times may vary depending on design complexity, order volume, and the availability of necessary materials.

8. Changes to Subscription Terms
We will communicate material changes to subscription pricing or benefits before they take effect, as required by applicable law.

Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
The Set Studio creates custom press-on nail sets based on subscriber design requests. Processing begins after the required information has been received and the design has been reviewed.

Our estimated processing time is 1-3, excluding shipping time. Complex designs and periods of high order volume may require additional time. We will communicate significant delays when reasonably possible.

2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are included in the subscription price. The applicable arrangement will be displayed before purchase.

3. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.

4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Return Policy

1. Custom Products
Because our press-on nail sets are made according to individual design requests, customers should carefully review their submitted preferences and sizing information before production.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue, contact us at thesetstudio@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can assess the situation.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, correction, or refund.

2. Changes of Mind and Sizing
Please review your nail measurements, shape, length, and design preferences carefully before submitting your request.
A change of mind or an incorrect size selection may not qualify for a refund or replacement. However, we will review individual concerns fairly and comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Subscription Payments
Subscription charges cover the benefits stated in the selected tier. Customers should cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges.

Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous payment. Requests concerning duplicate charges, billing errors, unfulfilled orders, or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
